How much protein should I consume a day?

The recommended amount for people that train regularly is from 1g-2grams per pound of body weight, split between 5-7 small meals as the kidneys can only synthesize 25g - 40g per meal. So for example, a 200lb man would need between 200g and 400g per day depending on his goals.

 

How do I know what supplements I need?

On our home page you can choose a goal or a sport that applies to you. Here we will guide you on the best supplements available to achieve the best results.

 

How do I fit the supplements into my daily routine?

Simply email us your current routine, diet and goals. We will send you a detailed plan showing how best to stack the supplements you need.

 

There are so many supplements available, how do I know what works?

Firstly, we only sell the best supplements available. They have all been chosen by us, an independent supplier, for there quality and effectiveness. Not based on profit margins or fancy labels. Secondly, we have our reviews system. Simply click on the product then read the reviews. They are written by our customers and can not be edited!

How do I login?

Once you have made your selection, click on the shopping cart and follow the instructions. You will be asked for your email and a password. We keep your details on file to keep you informed of any offers etc. This does not include your payment details. These are done through a secure server and we and no one else have any way of accessing them.


My gym/sports club has given me a code, how do I use it?

If you are a member of one of our distribution centres i.e. Top notch, Black Dragons or Aylesford Rugby club. Then you will have been given a code to receive a discount. Simply choose your products and go to the shopping cart. There is a section for ‘Discount Codes’ Enter your code and the discount will be applied to your order. Keep your purchase order number, you will need it to collect your goods. Your products will then be at your club ready for collection within 48hrs.

 

I use other products that are not available, can you get them?

Although we have already chosen the best supplements available, we are still open minded to other products. If there is something you like and rate, tell us about it! We can get anything you need and compete on the price. You should never have to shop anywhere else again!

 

How long before I get my order?

All orders are despatched on the same day if received before 12pm. If you paid £1.99 for next day then you will have it between 8am and 5pm the following day. Otherwise its normally takes 2-3 days. If you are a member of a solo distribution centre you can collect your order within 48hrs.
